What a truly beautiful place to be! Many thanks for your kindness, generosity and concern. We arrived two hours before our son and the rest of the US Marines in his battalion into Camp Pendleton (literally marched!) What an experience to behold. We shall always be grateful and remember your kindness, especially the terrific welcome basket! It is so wonderful to have experienced these events in such a well appointed place! Every time I think of my son returning home from Iraq I will forever recall the love and laughs and joyful tears spent in your place - they shall remain treasures - as are you! Please know you have been instrumental in helping to make our "reunion" a success!
We had a wonderful vacation here in your beautiful condo! The week of warm ocean breezes and waking up to the sound of the surf will surely sustain us through another cold and snowy Michigan winter! We're already planning our next trip and hope to spend more than a week next time.

It is hard to know where to start! Your condo is beautiful and so is the complex. The view of the ocean is spectacular! Following a few weeks of a whirlwind schedule (wedding, receptions in Northern and Southern, CA, Christmas, etc.) my bride and I were finally able to get some rest here at your condo. Although the weather did not cooperate too much, we very much enjoyed our stay here. We are moving to Provo, UT today where I will continue my MBA studies and Kim will begin work as an occupational therapist. This week at the beach was just what we needed to re-charge the battery before we headed for reality!

Thank you for allowing our family to stay short term in your condo. We loved it! The kids kept calling it our new home. You definitely pay attention to the small details. The basket was wonderful and just what we needed when we arrived to tie the kids over until dinner. The decor is beautiful and the king bed was great! (Lots of room for when the little ones come crawling in.) We will definitely be recommending this place to others, not to mention hopefully making it back ourselves. After staying elsewhere with an outdoor pool that was not heated we appreciated the heated pool here. Thanks for making our stay wonderful. Sometimes you don't know what to expect when you book online without a referral. This booking I was definitely pleased!

My daughter and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful (although short stay) we had in your beautiful condo. It looks exactly like the photos posted on your web site, just beautiful! When we first walked in my daughter's first words were "Wow mom, is this the model?" And perhaps even more importantly you keep the unit extremely CLEAN - especially for a rental. You obviously have a great deal of pride in your ownership.
Now that we have found you we hope to be back again! The drive from Scottsdale is not bad at all. Next time we will have to come for at least a week or longer. We may even have to bring the rest of the family.

Thank you for the opportunity to spend a week in your beautifully decorated condominium. We always looked forward to returning after a day's excursion to the comfy atmosphere of your unit. We had a wonderful week despite the coolish weather (which, of course, you had no control over). We did some golfing (for me) some shopping (for Val) and sightseeing (for both). We also very much enjoyed our daily walks at the beach and down to Ruby's Diner. We took your suggestion and went to Thyme In the Ranch and it was well worth the trip. Words cannot describe this vacation! The condo, the gift basket, the peace and tranquility of Oceanside itself . . . Amazing! The seals at La Jolla, well I could have spent the entire day there. If you ever want to try a great restaurant there, go to "The Cottage" - fantastic!! We spent some time at the Wineries in Temecula and Escondido - marvelous. The height of the trip was feeding the giraffes and rhinos on the photo safari at the San Diego Wild Life Animal Park. We are planning to return, this time for several weeks in the summer. This was our first time renting a condo & wow did you ever spoil us! The condo is so beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed - we just needed one stop at Ralph's Food Store & we were set for a great week. Everyday we went sight seeing (Orange Coast beaches - Laguna, etc., Scripps Aquarium, La Jolla to seal watch, Disneyland/California Adventure, LA to tour Hollywood & Rodeo Drive, Tijuana, and Carlsbad) and some beach going with cooler in hand. But, everyday coming back here to the condo was wonderful & roomy & homey!! The gift basket was enjoyed all week as well! I hope we can come back soon and bring our college kids too! Thanks!

We have had such a wonderful time in San Diego! Your condo met all of our expectations. We researched condos & beach houses for hours before we came. We had specific wants ... a heated pool, ocean view, spaciousness, and a tasteful decor. As a designer, I was impressed with the Tommy Bahama furnishings and the travertine and frieze updates. Since we had not rented in California before, your phone calls put us at ease. I felt like I was a guest, not a renter. Out of all the condos & beach houses we have stayed at, you are the first owner to make a personal contact. That was such a nice touch! Thank you for the welcome basket and your helpful suggestions. We loved our adventures ... especially watching the 10-12 dolphins that spent hours on your beach. It was amazing!

The jewel of our California vacations has been staying in C-311! We've been to Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Half Moon Bay in the past and finally made it to SoCal for everything it is known for: the weather, the waves, the attractions. Very enjoyable! The condo was surprisingly well appointed! Wireless internet - awesome! I could keep up with work! (Just kidding - the net allowed us to learn where to go and when for all the attractions.) For Future readers here is what we enjoyed: Taking the Coaster to Olde Town; Legoland with the kids (under 6 y/o); relaxing on the beach; pool/hot tub. Anyway, many thanks for the gift basket, your web advertisement on "HomeAway.com" and for keeping such a lovely place (impeccable decor!)
